Youth Ministry

Our youth program, for students in Grades 6 through 12, is a Christ-centered student ministry serving Westfield and the surrounding area. Our mission is to create a circle of support around every student through youth programs, mission opportunities, and community.
PCW YOUTH

SUNDAYS

Fellowship

Sundays are where all the action is. We focus on growing and building our community through games and hang time, hearing a message on God’s story and working through our beliefs and doubts in small groups. In small groups, everyone has a place, a voice, and a story to share. There’s no such thing as a newcomer here. Each week we all walk in as new people and we can’t wait to see what new names and faces might show up to join us.

Middle school & High school Fellowship: 4:30 PM

All youth, grades 9-12 are welcome to come to Fellowship. There is games, food, and lots of fun! No RSVP necessary. Bring a friend and we will see you at 4pm Sunday!

Middle School Retreat

MIDDLE SCHOOL RETREAT

Our Fall Middle School retreat, held the first weekend in December, is a great opportunity for youth to come and connect with one another, learn a little bit about themselves, and cut loose and play. Register today

9th Grade Confirmation Class

Class will meet on the following dates:

October 15, 22, 29;

November 5, 12, 19;

December 3, 10.

Confirmation will begin again in the new year on January 7.

Confirmation Class meets most Sundays, 11am-12:30pm in the Jim Cole Room. This is a special program for students in 9th grade to take a deeper look into the Christian faith, their own faith journey and the importance of belonging to a faith community. After exploring their faith for the year, Confirmation students will have a chance to profess their faith and become members of the faith community here at PCW.

Midweek

9.12 BREAKFAST CLUB

Middle School Breakfast Club

Tuesdays 7am in the Youth Room

A favorite program for our middle school students; every Tuesday morning we host a breakfast club in the youth room for anyone in middle school. We eat breakfast together, run around for a bit and play games and hear a devotion that gets us pumped up for the day. We even give your student a ride to school! There’s really no better way to start the day!

Agape Community Kitchen

Wednesdays 4 pm

Agape is a Greek word that means love, but not just any love – God’s love. Agape is God’s unconditional love for the world. At Agape each week we open the doors of First Presbyterian Church in Elizabeth and welcome people into a space where they can enjoy a hearty meal in a loving environment.
