Where do I park? There is a parking lot around the back entrance to the church. If you find no spaces available there (it usually fills up prior to worship), there is plenty of on-street parking on Mountain Avenue, East Broad Street as well as the streets nearby. There is a shoppers parking lot across the street from the Sanctuary next to the Church Cemetery.
Is the church handicap accessible? Yes. You can enter the church via the ramp in the front of the Sanctuary or through the Parish House which is ground level with elevator access to the 2nd and 3rd floor for the Chapel services.
Worship Services: Please join us for any one of our worship services offered Saturday at 5pm in the Chapel, Sunday at 8am in the Chapel, 9:45am (Contemporary) Westminster Hall, 10am Sanctuary.
Visitor’s Table: Please stop by the Visitor’s table in the Narthex (at the main entrance to the white clapboard Sanctuary on Mountain Avenue) or in Westminster Hall and pick up a Welcome bag. Interested in Joining the church? There are three ways to join The Presbyterian Church in Westfield – Confession of Faith, Reaffirmation of Faith and Transfer of Letter. Our New Member Information Class offers introductory seminars on aspects of Christianity, the Presbyterian Church in general, and our Westfield church in particular. The programs are offered several times throughout the year. Seminars are led by our pastors and are open to all. Please join us! Is Childcare Available During Worship? Childcare for Children up to age 3 is available each Sunday in the cribbery from 8:00 a m. – 11:00 a.m. for parents who are attending worship and taking classes. The Cribbery is located in the lower level of the Christian Education Building. We have three qualified childcare workers who are responsible for the oversight of infants through 2 years old. We also offer a paging system for our parents. Upon leaving your child in the cribbery you receive a pager. In the event your child needs you for any reason our childcare worker will page you to the cribbery. This allows our parents to worship with confidence that their children are happy and well cared for.
Are Children Welcome in Worship? Children are integral to our worship, and our life as a congregation! All Sunday School age children begin worship in the Sanctuary(Traditional) and then on most Sundays are dismissed to Sunday School after the “Time With The Younger Church” during the service. In the wired4worship.com Contemporary Worship Service children attend wired4worship Kidz and are dismissed during announcements.
